SO frustrated!
Its just been... one of those, I dont know... months I guess.
After spending two weeks on the phone with Dell, them sending me CDs to reprogram my computer and then a new hard drive, my laptop still didnt work. So, finally, they tell me that im going to have to send it in. Finally! I was pretty happy about this since I knew that I wouldnt have to spend any more time on the phone with Dell and would get back a computer that works, even if I lose all my stuff, at this point I dont care.
So, I get my laptop back yesterday (another week and a half added)--- open him up and find a notice from Dell- "we are currently out of stock of hard drives and will send you a replacement part when they are back in stock." Are you fucking kidding me? They sent me back a computer that doesnt fucking work?! We already put a new hard drive in and it didnt work! So I have to call Dell and get someone on the phone who will give a shit that I find this unacceptable--- Im not very good at asserting myself though, so I gotta figure out the best way to do this.
Took the day off to go to the dentist and work on midterms--- I havent been to the dentist in years and I have a terrible toothache- my suckyass dentist says he couldnt find anything wrong- but wants to put in a post and a crown next week for a broken tooth--- which will cost $500..... So, I still have a toothache, have 3 midterms to write, am way behind in my chart notes at work (we're having an Office of Mental Health audit soon), have no computer and have just been generally cranky for the past two weeks.
Sheesh--- 30 isnt starting out so good.
Sorry for the bitching.
Im gonna force myself to at least start an outline for 1 of the papers now. Or drown myself in fic. you know, either one.
